Growing our Family by: Reine Knobbe

We are looking forward to another busy year here at Chariots of Fire Customs LLC.  Our immediate family grew last year with a new grandbaby and we are looking forward to growing our motorcycle family even more this year.  Events to entice more local riders are already in the works!

To start, we are sponsoring Motorcycle on Ice, X-Treme Racing at the Family Arena on January 25.  It is a great way to support a local rider, Anthony Bartow, “The British Bulldog”, as well as a great way to get our name out to St. Charles riders.  It will replace the Wide Open Motorcycle Show which is not coming the St. Louis this year.

As always, Jan & I are looking forward to the V-Twin Expo.  This is one of the biggest trade events of the year that unites our industry to bring suppliers and qualified buyers together to focus on what is new in the v-twin world.  Chariots of Fire will be sure to attend several of the seminars offered such as Speed Design & Applications, Thundermax AutoTune Pro & Dyno jet Power Visions seminars.  Jan has been asked by one of our major sponsors to put our newest

Pro/Fuel Drag Bike in their booth for the weekend.  Very excited about that!  If you too, would like to sponsor either one of our drag bikes, get hold of Jan 636-775-1385.

March will have us very busy getting your rides ready for spring.  We will also start testing and tuning our drag bikes in order to be ready for the summer racing schedule.  We are looking forward to some long weekends proving just how fast we can go!

April, May, & June will be busy with bike blessings, our annual show, and I’m sure various poker runs.  Summer events are still in the planning stage.  Everyone seemed to enjoy our Fall Festival/chili cook-off, so I think we will do that again.

As always, we appreciate those of you who are already a part of our motorcycle family.  It is a joy to have all of your support and volunteer help at the events!  We are looking forward to growing and expanding the family in 2014.  Stay tuned for more details on events as the year progresses.  Many blessing to you all for a wonderful 2014.  Keep the shiny side up!
