Backorders:

Although every effort is made to keep all items in stock at all times, occasionally some items may be backordered. We will make every effort to deliver backordered products as quickly as possible and we will call before shipping any backordered products that have been on order more than 30 days. If an item goes on back order, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the rest becomes available, we will ship it to you and you will not be charged for the second shipment.

Special Orders:

Special orders are exactly that…special. All special orders require at least a 50% deposit and may not be cancelled for any reason. No refunds will be provided on special orders. Often, special orders require more time and attention, which may delay delivery and/or cost more due to factors that may be out of our control. Special orders include: one-of-a-kind items, another manufacturer’s item that we order specifically for you, any roller or turn key custom motorcycle, or any stocked item we modify at your request.

Exchanges:

If your item is in like new condition (tags still on if applicable), you may exchange it for a different item of the same price point. You will not be subject to the restocking fee, but you will be responsible for return shipping.

Merchandise Returns:

Return authorization (RA) is required for any item being returned to our shop. You must call and make arrangements for a returned item to obtain an RA number. No freight or restocking fee will be charged on good(s) found to be defective or not as ordered. Returns for any other reason will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping and handling paid on the order will not be refunded. All helmets and apparel sales are final. All sales on blemished, discontinued or closeout items are final. Mark the letters RA and the number given on the outside of the package and return it postage prepaid to the shop address:

All returns without correct RA information prominently displayed on the outside of the package will be refused. All retail returns will receive a repaired or replaced item at the discretion of Chariots of Fire Customs, LLC or a merchandise credit. No refunds will be issued.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping charges listed are for the continental U.S.A. only. All U.S.A. orders will be shipped USPS ground. USPS second day air and next day air are available upon request at additional cost (call to inquire about availability during normal business hours). We will USUALLY ship your order on the next business day, however, please allow 7-10 days for your product to arrive. Please allow 2-4 weeks for apparel delivery. Delivery services will be at the discretion of Chariots of Fire Customs, LLC. It is the responsibility of the consumer to provide a valid shipping address. Consumer will not hold Chariots of Fire Customs, LLC responsible for any undue risk to packages delivered to provided address due to weather, pets, or acts of God.

International delivery is not available at this time. If you would like special consideration, please contact us during normal business hours.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are based on product(s) purchased and your location. Coupon codes are available and may be input on the checkout screen. Your total will be available for consideration and orders may be cancelled prior to payment.

Damage Claims:

Damage claims due to transit must be made immediately with the carrier upon receipt of shipment. If you find your goods arrived in damaged condition, all original packaging material (box and other materials) must be saved to make a proper damage claim. All claims must be made within 3 working days of receipt and is the sole responsibility of the customer to complete.
