The summer season is well underway.  I’m sure many of you have already enjoyed some nice long weekend escapes and several of you have shared stories with us from your vacations.  thank you!  We always enjoy hearing about the first ride down the Dragon’s Tail in the Smokies or your plan for Sturgis.  With traveling in mind, this month we’re running specials on oil changes and 15% off all motorcycle luggage so you and your ride are ready to escape in style!

When traveling, it is important to have the space you need to carry anything and everything you could need.  Short trips out for the afternoon could just require some sun-block and rain gear while long weekends or out-of-state treks may require much more.  Luckily, we’re stocked with several options for both and some in-between.

NYLON T-BAGS

I’m partial to the T-Bags; we use their Tahoe model when we travel.  They are made of 1680d Ballistic Nylon.  All bags are treated to minimize fading, most have built-in bungee bottom rain cover, many bags have hidden attached backpack straps, most have rigid bottom inserts to eliminate sag, and all T-Bags come with a lifetime warranty.  Jan and I have even checked out T-Bag on an airline when traveling by air when renting a bike at our final destination.

Not interested in nylon bags?  Shaf International, our leather dealer has some very nice leather and PVC bags.  They boast top quality in their industry and back their product against normal wear and tear with a two-year warranty.  The PVC saddle bags are rigid and will not lose their shape like some of the other bags.  Shaf donated a rather nice piece of luggage for our silent auction for our June 7th show.  I know, I know, it was a rain out so not many of you were able to come, but those that came know what I’m talking about.  I asked Shaf to send us that same bag so you can compare the T-Bags with a leather bag.  Again, please come in and ask us about what they have to offer so we can set you up for your travel needs.
